Pet Sitter Copilot is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered auto-reply generation and smart capacity management tools for professional pet sitters using Rover.com. Our service helps pet sitters respond faster to inquiries and manage their booking capacity more efficiently.

2. Service Usage and Subscription

When you subscribe to Pet Sitter Copilot, you gain access to our AI auto-reply system, capacity management tools, and analytics dashboard. Your subscription is billed monthly at $49/month or $29/moth for early bird customers. You may cancel your subscription at any time, you will be billed for the month in full, no-partial refunds will be provided.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and pet sitting service data as necessary to provide our AI and capacity management services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://petsittercopilot.com/privacy-policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI service generates suggested responses to pet sitting inquiries. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sending. Pet Sitter Copilot is not liable for any miscommunications or issues arising from AI-generated responses.

5. Third-Party Integration

Our service integrates with Rover.com through headless browser automation and Gmail API integration. We are not affiliated with Rover.com. You are responsible for complying with Rover's terms of service and maintaining the security of your accounts.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any lost bookings or revenue due to service interruptions.

7. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and analytics to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
